Cleaning out a few things. Just pay for paypal fees and shipping and it is yours. First come first serve. If you want them all. That is fine with me. Easier really.
First is a Mtroniks with big heat sink. 2nd is the same one again. 3rd is U-force-75, heat sink is loose. 4th is an old Schultze fut 18.61 with an extra heatsink added.
I haven't used any of these in a long time. They all worked when pulled off the vehicles.

I have a Delta Force Vortex hull I had planned to build and have changed my mind. It is the standard sized version, 22", not the mini. It also includes a Speedmaster Mini Rudder, UL-1 Strut, UL-1 Turn Fin, OSE Aluminum Servo Mount and 1/4" brass stuffing tube. All parts are brand new. Total new cost was $193 + shipping.

I have a DF26 copy for sale. It is sold by Kintec Racing racing as the Price. It's also the same boat as the HOR 25" mono. It comes stock with a 380L motor and 70S ESC, which are both included, but not installed. This version was purchased from Kintec with a strut bored for a SV27 bushing and a standard a 3/16 prop shaft w/flex (was a $25 upgrade). The stock motor mount will only fit 380 sized motors, so I started to cut the mount out by cutting through the glass cloth at the mount with a box cutter, but that's the extent. The boat will include a brand new water cooled mount for a 540 sized motor as well (purchased from OSE). Total cost for me was $275 shipped from Kintec and $15 more for the 540 motor mount from OSE.

Note: Stand is not included.

For sale is a neu 1521 1.5D 1900kv motor. I bought it new from OSE a few months ago to put in my truggy but money got tight and now have decided i would rather have a 1520 with the closed endbells, so im selling this one for just enough to get the motor i want. This motor has NEVER been used, heck it doesnt even have connectors on it yet. PM for price.

BEC and Shorting Question..

So, earlier today, I flipped, no biggie. No body, but I believe I pulled the RX wires out of the BEC.

So, I found it, the signal wire was completely off the BEC, the pos and neg wires were starting to lift off, strands may have been touching each other.

I got magic smoke on my fans (fan on ESC, and motor, yeah yeah BrianG..), my servo, but not the ESC.. Not that I know of.

So my question...
Would the fans and servo shortage and smokage be caused from the BEC short?
If I were to reuse the BEC, and it shorted again, what, if anything, would short out?
RX?

Not exactly sure what happened... Hit a double nose first and heard some grinding noises, so i decided it was time for a pit stop... But before I could get there....

Couple Questions- C Rating, New LiPo Packs, etc.

Well first, destroyed my first pair of LiPos today, was quite amusing! :party:

Anyways, now for my questions.

I'm running an ESavage w/ a Medusa 50-3300kV off of a Mamba Max ESC with 2S packs in series.

Also running an EMaxx w/ KD970 (Conversion Kit, KershawDesigns.net, not sold anymore, and actually is for sale :whistle:) on a EVX-1 with 2S packs.

Will I be able to push these trucks with 20C packs?
Cheapest is best!

I know the higher, the better, the safer, but just wondering, is 20C pushing it?
20C 5000mAh 2S packs are like $15 bucks!

Can be a sold as a package (all pictures in this thread) or individually. This would include selling the Medusa and Version 3 MMM separately and then the truck as a roller.

Entire truck is RPM. Battery tray has been dremeled to fit 3s packs. Body is fair and works but should be replaced. I have parts coming to fix the one rear shock that will be fixed before it ships.

Traxxas Rustler everything is RPM.

Will come with original box. See pictures above of truck with motor installed. Great strong and cool running motor! Will come with 6.5 bullet connectors attached.

Lipo's

From top to bottom.

1. Polyquest 2s 5000mah (Enerland cells) bought it used so unsure of how many cycles are on it. Still charges good and cells balance perfect.

2. Poly R/C: 3s 11.1v 5000mah 40c. Bought this brand new and this pack is a monster. Enerland cells, maybe 12 cycles through it if that. It was too much for the Rustler...

3. SPC 2s 5000mah 15c: I am guessing about 40 cycles through it. Always balances great. Very nice 2s pack!

4. Zippy 2s 5000mah 20c: Never used

Best charger I ever owned. Very little use. Bought brand new.

Bought brand new very little use. Best radio I ever owned and has many nice features. Has rechargeable batter pack and will come with pictured case and original box and manual.

Puffed Lipo - Suggestions?

Well I have 2 Turnigy 2S 7.4V 5000mAh packs that have been puffed for awhile, but recently, got a bit more, fat and plump lately. :yes:

Very weird thing is, is that it's been barely used! I rarely ran it because I hated logging the logs and such, these are the logs:

If you can't tell, I rarely ran them.

It's been puffing for awhile, but now it's getting to the point where I'm starting to get worried.

I want to make some fireworks tomorrow (Labor Day!), and was thinking about popping it with a BB gun...
Make one go poof, and the other one the same, or poke it with a very long (and heavy!) sharp pole (uhh, forgot what's it's called.. :lol:)

I'm just worried I'm gonna catch something on fire, or.... damage something or.... make it smell like poop.

Any other suggestions?
I may also just be lame and toss it in a bucket of salt water and watch it erode and not blow up.
