So who has a Motorola Droid or HTC Droid Eris?
Looking to get one myself, trying to trade for one, but looking for people to trade with!

My brother has the Droid. Its an amazingly awesome phone! Good luck getting one! I'll be picking one up in a couple weeks when I'm due for an upgrade.

Dang, I'm wishing my brother didn't force my mom into getting the env Touch so late.
We were supposed to upgrade about a year before, but decided so late, about 30 days AFTER we signed up for our new contract... And since Verizon has their 30 day policy, we were a few days short -_-

I am up for a new phone from Ver, so I may go with the droid... My 1st touch screen phone. I am still using the "iron man phone" (no idea what it is really called but it was in the movie). Good phone, I cannot fault it.

I manage a Verizon store and can say the Droid is everything it is made out to be plus some. I've been able to use our demo line with one for a week and I cannot find fault in anything other then if you have Yahoo as your e-mail it doesn't work like other Smart phones do. You must upgrade to the premium Yahoo for $20/year to make it work correctly. I won't go into a sales pich but I do really like them. On a side note I'm getting a Curve2 but I like the design better, for me at least.

Google's Nexus one is also being announced today. It's an HTC phone running the latest version of Android... not sure on features yet, but could be worth checking out.

im due for an upgrade this month and was lookin into the droid.. i also like the env touch.. as i've had all the other env phones and loved them.. i haven't decided tho..

I have the enV Touch now.. The Eris is about $20 bucks cheaper than the enV if you were buying it outright with no contract changes...

I would recommend the droid, but DO note that all data phones (Droid, Eris, etc) now require data plans.. You can't just disable internet, and not pay the data plan bill.

Looks like I'll need to do some convincing to my parents before I can trade this enV for a Eris (Oh yeah, someone offered me the Eris for my enV)
