I am going to have to inspect my lipos a little closer. Maybe they are having issues.

The calculator says it was geared for 45 on 6s but it looked like it was doing 30 max which was terribly slow....

The motor is a 1520, temperatures were 113F. Not hot at all... It is a fairly brand new motor. i would say no more than 15 packs of lipos run through it

I think the 2028 is overkill for my application, and may not benefit me.

It has a lower RPM limit of around 30,000k and is good for 8s.
The 1527 has a huge long can, easily capable of handling...
