Hmm. Weird. If the ESC is re-arming then it's shutting off.

Is it possible there's a loose connection in your switch? Try switching the switch on and off a few times to try to work out any debris...

Well, I spoke too soon. The customer service lady misunderstood me and sent me the fan shroud for the motor "CC Blower" rather than the ESC fan shroud. I guess I'll call Monday.

Just called Castle support and they're shipping me a new one free of cost! Gotta love Castle. This is why I've never purchased a non-Castle ESC since they came into the market.

Ok...so I've had my 1940/7 powering my G2R. Have ran it on everything from 4S to 6S and on 6S it gets a bit toasty but it's fine on 5S all day long. A full run through a set of packs at full race...
