under: advanced > calibrate pack voltage or amperage readings.

so you put 150A for the recorder and 200A...

if you set the cutoff so high you will get less runtime than when you set it at 3.1(or 3.0 is also good) it wont help too much but you can try it.

the gearing is good, but also order an 18t so you can play a little bit with the gearing(or an 38t and 40t spur)

in your calculations you have to use around 3.4-3.5v per cell because of voltage...
