Mini Revo Build (Down The Road) -

Ok well i was thinking about picking one up down the road as a roller no brushless, i was thinking about going with one of NEU'S smaller motors with the quark 33 esc, is the 33 pro car capable of keeping up with a small nue motor or would i need a mamba max? i belive the quark is capable of 5s lipo so id run two 2s packs for 4s, is it really worth going the high end brushless route or is the velinion system good enough?, i like to be differnt plus the vxl is only capable of 3s. Any Info And Opinions Would Be GReat Thanks.
The Sidewinder is rated to handle 3s, but is 4s capable with a BEC.
but only with a small motor (which is what is being used in this application, so it would work).
in the traxxas video, the mini erevo does a standing backflip. if that isn't enough, i don't know what is.
They say a good mechanic only needs 2 tools - WD40 & Duct tape. If it moves, and its not supposed to, duct tape. If it doesn't move, and its supposed to, WD40.
I've got a Neu 1115 2Y, and plenty of esc options waitin in the wings for a future Mini Revo. FYI, I've run the Neu 1115/Sidewinder combo in my lazer ZX-5 on 3s with no problems at all.
