Finally ran the TP4070 with the replaced (now 8mm) rotor/shaft.
Gearing was 32t pinion / 36t spur, 196kph no-load gearing calculated with 1550kv and 3.7v/cell. Battery used was a 6s 65C 6000 Turnigy Graphene. Had to heat up the body and re-shape it a little to make them fit

Also improved the cooling by adding more and larger fans, should give about 3x the airflow over the motor.
Forgot the GPS, so cannot tell topspeed, but the setup ran great. Outside temp 20C, max. motor temp 51C, ESC temp 53C, battery 33C. Graphenes seem great, lots of punch and don't get warm. Only "downside" (actually a good thing ...) is that they drop quite fast at the end of the run, I accidently discharged them to 21.2V, cells were between 3.46v and 3.52v, hope I didn't damage them ...
This really looks like it could be a healthy 110mph+ can-be-run-through-a-full-pack setup
Hope it stays reliable ...
