i had to mill the box a little larger to make it fit a regular/full sized receiver, why this is not mentioned in the description i don't know, but if you using something like the telemetry rx from airtronics or spektrum, unless you have a milling machine you will be better off putting a dremel to the stock battery tray, should you be using a smaller receiver then this is a great option, quality and fit is perfect
